- started logic to get paths of binaries dynamically (ie., php, perl, etc.) - added mysqltuner.pl to the repo (unedited as-is) - added initial logic to call/include mysqltuner.pl in the report
- added `--init` flag - init allows the user to execute the cPanel script and it will spin off and do all the installation stuff.
