Thanks! I may end up commenting these out in master and then uncommenting them when I work on the issue (so don't panic when you see I've turned the new tests off - I'm working on them locally). |

This PR adds tests for projects that use PackageReference instead of packages.config. Some of them are failing as noted in #33.
