Python 3.6 was released on 2016-12-23, so add it.

Python 2.6 reached EOL on 2013-10-29, and no longer receives security updates.

Also, whilst we're here, update some HTTP links to HTTPS.

Hello Hugo,

Thanks for the changes!

I would like to keep Python 2.6 enabled in the travis.yml since I do not for see any changes to this code base and if it works on Python 2.6 why not continue testing it as well.

More importantly, there is no overhead in maintaining the test: its all automatic anyway!

So could you get 2.6 back in travis.yml? I will then merge the changes in.
