Remove zPHR global supply to reduce minimum height

We have received at least one report that a user with a small screen resolution had trouble displaying the entire wallet interface for v1.2.2. This is likely due to the addition of fields on the Privacy tab intended to show the global zPHR supply directly in the GUI.

These fields are not functional yet, and are accessible in the debug console. This task is to either remove those fields (simplest short term fix), or move them to another dialog that can be accessed in the menu which would lead the user to a new tab in the Tools window for zPHR Total Supply
