We should update to redis 3.3+.

Please note the BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES from redis 3.0.0.

  • Check we can use the redis image to 6.6 without losing existing data
  • Update python redis library to newest version

We don't lose data so I updated the python redis library
