Add text to AppHeader when wait() is called (similar to setBusy)

Currently, it is not possible to add a text/subtitle to the loading spinner when using AppHeader.wait(). It should be possible to add an optional text property which is displayed below the loading spinner such as in tdp_core#AView.setBusy(value: boolean, busyMessage?: string | boolean).
