We've already ported Ratatuis
insertBeforeViewportwhich only works with theinlineviewport, and is somewhat of a code smell. This PR adds an additionalsetInlineHeightmethod, which I don't really like, but we do need to be able to resize the inline viewport. There should be a better way.
