phpDocumentor currently uses Cilex v1 but we want to upgrade to version 2 for phpDocumentor 3. Cilex's version 2 is currently still on the develop branch of http://github.com/cilex/cilex, if no issues arise during testing than that can be tagged as well.

Cilex v2 is faster than v1 and offers more compatiblity with Silex Service Providers due to a shared interface in Pimple.

I expect there will be several BC breaks that should be documented in this issue so that we can write an upgrade guide if necessary.

I am going to cancel this roadmap event as the new architecture may change things significantly
