Apparently it occurs that the properties collection of the Class Descriptor contains a null value; which should never occur. The cause should be researched and removed. In the source code is a TODO marker added at the offending place with this issue number as descriptor

During the setting of a package will all child elements also be set;
sometimes one of those children is not a descriptor (addressed in phpDocumentor#840)
and must the setting be skipped in this case.
