As before the changes here will conflict to much with my working version. And until I have had a chance to overhaul everything. This will only cause more problems than it’s solving. Not to mention the rate at which GitHub Bach’s at thing related to build tools is far too frequent and not entirely manageable as it is. Which means a complete retooling needs to happen which will take time and a lot of research.

I've also moved over some changes for e.g. the switch from xo to eslint.
