Removed PHP 8.2 tests. No point in having this while the ecosystem is not ready.
Removed some left over .gitignore entries
Removed appveyor.yml. It appeared unused
In SSH2 and SFTP, changed a function that always returned true to not return anything
Using assertMatchesRegularExpression() instead assertRegExp()
phpunit config updates
