Couldn't get the "log on" screen after the VirtualBox v6.1.12.r46 installed ...

I have gotten the issue which couldn't get the "log on" ; instead of, it asked me to go fixing the "config.php", after the virtualbox installed.

However, I found the web page was stocked shown as follows:

This is happening on a ASUSTOR NAS AS-6508T virtualbox v6.1.12.r46 which issue doesn't find on another similar model AS-6404T running v6.1.12.r45 earlier installed. By carefully comparing them, or even exchanged the "language.php", "config.php" both files which seems the version r45 is exactly the same as r46 for the virtualbox.

ADM: 4.0.5.RTU2 / VirtualBox: v6.1.12.r46 / Apache HTTP Server: 2.4.53.r12 / PHP 7.3: 7.3.12.r122

Any idea anyone?
