1. Place ShootOFF-diagnostics.jar in the same folder as ShootOFF.jar.
2. Double click ShootOFF-diagnostics.jar.
3. A file called shootoff-diagnostics.log will appear after about 15 seconds. Email this file to project.shootoff@gmail.com with a description of your problem.
