You'll need the following environment variables defined:
- GCP_KEY_FILE
- GCP_CRED
- APP_NAME
- APP_ENV
- PROD_PROJECT_ID
- TEST_PROJECT_ID
- PORT
- AGENT_AVATAR_URL
