settings radio button not working - sync does not sync

trying to set up a google to outlook sync. many entries on google calendar,
and none on outlook. I just want google copied over so I can continue to use
google, but see entries on outlook. seemed like this was the correct tool.
settings tab shows default mail & calendar, radio button has no effect. I
have multiple microsoft accounts, I assume "default" is the one I'm signed in
to? At any rate, sync with this default setting creates a list that tells me
it's looking at both calendars, but nothing gets copied. outlook calendar
still blank. radio button on settings is the only thing I haven't been able to
change, so I'm guessing the problem is there, but I'm pretty confused. Ideas?
Assistance? Any advice much appreciated.

It's probable that you need to experiment with the Outlook date format options in OGCS until you land on a format that actually returns your Outlook calendars items.
