Also, a brief note on cspad.cbf_metrology and cctbx.xfel.stripe_experiment. These programs, used in metrology refinement and time-dependent ensemble refinement, respectively, are scripts customized for the CSPAD and the LCLS processing environment. However, they wrap programs in DIALS and cctbx that are general. Please be in touch with the authors if you wish to use these approaches at your beamline and we can help you develop similar procedures.
