Add live Query Log feature

What does this implement/fix?

This PR adds a checkbox for enabling/disabling live Query Log updates.

This enhancement improves the user experience by providing more flexibility in how the recent queries are displayed and updated.

I think the option "live" mode should be disabled when "Query on-disk-data" is enabled. I got inconsistent results: sometime it was working, sometimes not and once it produced an SQL error.
