some phrases are translated, but not all.
For example all js files are not translated (i understand that it's not have simple solution)

I recall there was some paragraph in django docs about localizing js apps -
at time I was writing django-imaging this wasn't a priority. I'm open to
pull requests if you have some ideas :)
