Limited Detail Engine

This is a program that raytraces through an octree, which is filled with randomly colored perlin noise nodes, on the CPU. I wrote it in Java when I was about 15 years old as an attempt to recreate Euclideon's Unlimited Detail Engine, with little success.

Controls

  • Arrow keys left and right - Rotate camera
  • WASD - Move camera
