A knowledge base manager for energy management systems
The manager handles appliance descriptions based on the ontology specified at: http://www.monergy-project.eu/ontologies/appliances.owl
The DataModel.py wraps the ontology functionalities, whereas DataManager.py runs a KB along with a query engine and a REST webservice.
