Need to wrap Express helpers and partials so they can be used in Handlebars template.

These are going away in Express v3... so no rush. :)

Won't be done. As stated they are no longer available in express 3.x. In either case, we expose the registerHelper and registerPartial methods from handlebars for these use cases.
