Still not able to reproduce an overwrite but this is definitely a bug.

Re: discussion on #227 this is a "quick fix" that should handle the more immediate concerns.
I think it's still possible we could end up clobbering modules in general if more than one thrift file defines the same 'object', but I think that's a more insidious edge case at least.
