Audio skipping and out of sync. LATM/ISDB-T #154

When watching ISDB-T channels LIVE with xvdr i get messages like this on kodi's log file.

01:28:35 T:139682721552128 ERROR: CDVDPlayerAudio::DecodeFrame - Decode Error. Skipping audio packet (-1094995529)

It works fine when watching a recording from the same source.

The source is ISDB-T, with LATM/AAC for audio.
