Describe the bug
PipeWire can also run as a JACK client on top of the native JACK daemon if desired.
But for that the SPA Jack Plugin must be installed

As of #2860, this is "not recommended, SPA JACK2 plugin should probably be considered untested at this point", but for Musicians, this would have numerous advantages; Inclusion in PPA would mean a lot of people, which are not capable of compiling it from source could test this out.
