Change style of folders rows

• Change color of background of every row on mouse over
• Transfer or open a file clicking directly on its name
  • Integrate with Issue Progress bar on background #29 being progressbar all the time visible
  • Show different background colors according to the file can be open (green) or needs to be downloaded (red)
• Clicking on the row (not the file name) change background color tone and remain it to show as selected (like Dropbox).
  • Overing over the file name show an underline showing it's a link.
  • Also, spand it with an animation to show diferent file actions and/or show the alternative names sorted by popularity (useful to identify scams)
  • Use the alternative names for the downloaded file, and also give the posibility to change it (maybe with a JavaScript prompt with the current file name as default value)

Big.html on the experimental branch of jQuery-TreeTable have an example similar to this. It would be a good idea to change to the experimental branch since it has some several good improvements, like using data attributes...
