This version includes support for all libraries, drivers and external software (except ones requiring graphics environment, and except Java integration), all contrib modules and OpenCV non-free algorithms.

This version comes with Intel OpenVINO support for DNN module: https://www.learnopencv.com/using-openvino-with-opencv/ - if you don't plan to use it, you can install "clean" 4.2.0 version.
