I would like to export my piskels in a .bmp format because .jpg and .gif become blurry if zoomed in on.
increasing the scale makes it sharper but also unnecessarily increases the file size.

You probably want to use png.

Png is lossless and significantly smaller file size than bmp.

Hi,
I understand that PNG has advantages, but certain hardware requires a BMP format (as Pixel Art LED displays).
So it requires the user to open another tool to convert PNG to BMP.
