added support for 1.15+. To choose version, include it as an argument to the java command.
for the .bat or .sh file, it is by default shipping with 1.16, but you can just edit it to whichever version, or make unique copies for each version and edit.
Also, added dynamic fps support, i figured out how to download it lol
