For wahever reason, the radmin vpn set up I had working in the previous version no longer works in 1.45. something about the way Master Duel changed seems to have broken YGOMaster handles this feature as attempting to launch with my previously working set up now results in an infinite connecting screen. The one time the server was giving me an error (out of several attempts) it was something like "client expects player null, but player x exists on IP y" or something like that.
Only way I can get past this screen is by disabling multiplayer and reverting ip settings to default.
