This is a tiny change that simply marks new extension elements as "unsaved" or "dirty" in the page editor state. This adds the red "unsaved" icon in the list on the sidebar, just like if there were changes to a previously-saved element. I think this change makes sense because anything with the icon means it will lose changes if you reload the pixiebrix extension frame. This happens with new elements as well, so they should also be marked with the icon.
