Pairdrop, an Android app

This is the first android app for Pairdrop.net.

I personally use Bromite as my default browser and for some reason it doesn't support transfer of files neither with Snapdrop nor Pairdrop.
I'm fed up raising issues for tiny things asking them to fix. I don't have much experience developing Android apps and 0 experience building a Chromium browser that needs a ton of patches and I've no idea about.

Pairdrop for Android is based on Snapdrop for Android by @tanujnotes and yes Most the credits have been removed which will be added back sometime in near future.

The app is Signed with pixincreate's signing key
