PHP-FIG 發布了一系列 PSR 標準，應該在 PHP 界被奉為圭臬。
有一套標準可以遵從是好事。

FriendsOfPHP/PHP-CS-Fixer 有提供監察工具可以協助遵從。

PSR-1 3. Namespace and Class Names 規範 PHP 5.3+ 必須使用 Namespace，
因此會全面使用 Namespace。
