LDA topic model trained using veterinary clinical narratives from march to October 2019
Currently this repository holds only the LDA model generated using the Gensim ldaModel class. I will shortly add a notebook detailing text preprocessing methods required for using this model.
NB the LdaModel.state file is gzipped to allow it to be uploaded here and must be uncompressed before use
