Release v1.0

First release of the provider. We support following features:

• Vagrant up, halt, status and destroy commands.
• Create and boot virtual machines using templates, registry image or pvc.
• Provision the virtual machines with any built-in Vagrant provisioner.
• SSH into the VMIs
• Synced folder support
