Add support for authenticating with a secure bundle.

While latte doesn't support astra secure bundle out-of-the-box I successfully connected to a cluster using:
latte load --user cassandra --password cassandra --ssl --ssl-cert cert --ssl-key key ...
where cert and key are files from the bundle.
I'm not sure if cassandra user/password is the right one for every cluster, but it was for mine ;)
