[OJS] Javascripts blocked when OJS is served through HTTPS #449

Some javascript resources are blocked by browsers when OJS is served through HTTPS.

This happens when the javascript is served (in SCRIPT tag) using HTTP.

The blocked javascripts are:

  • JSAPI
  • Google Analytics
  • Addthis
