- Localize info modal.go file - info modal layout.go - text_input_modal.go string variables.
- about.go, debug.go, statistics.go, help.go license.go, log_page.go, security tool.go, setting.go, verify message.go, validate message.go etc
- start_page.go, receive_page.go. - remove redundant file page.go, clean up lines of codes

This PR localize string variable on the godcr app.
String localization includes Spanish and French language local which was archived using google translate.
