there is no way to inject flags into the vtbackup-init container

Hello VTOp folks

I need to be able to set the path style / ability to skip ssl verify for the vtbackup-init container, right now I believe that the flags are hard coded and not able to customize.

2. if not, could this be an official request to give the ability to add extraFlags?
