I am trying to retrieve the batch group from last Sunday so I can do an automated report, but none of these work.
order=created_at
?filter=after,before&sort=sort_date&after=2016-05-02T04:00:00.000Z&before=2018-07-19T03:59:59.999Z
?where[created_at][gte]=2018-02-22

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
I would like ?order=created_at and order=updated_at, and ?where[created_at][gte]=2018-02-22 to work like they do in other endpoints.

I will be checking this weekly and on demand. So I will have to enumerate through every api page of batch groups till I find the date I'm looking for.

This looks similar to #514 hopefully it's an easy fix.
