Hi,
In this PR, I have added the way to create the official docker image.

What you should do:

  1. Create a docker hub account plantuml
  2. Create the repo plantuml-server
  3. In travis-ci, add in build environment the variables DOCKER_LOGIN and DOCKER_PASSWORD with your credential

And it should work ;)
