Plantuml can include diagram source code into the image metadata using the "-metadata" command line option (see qjebbs/vscode-plantuml#84 for similar issue). Could you add this feature into the word-template, please? Often it's convenient to send/receive just a single diagram, not the whole Word document. Thanks!
