This PR updates the web GUI to make it more manageable for profiles comprising many files.
Profiles are now individually collapsible (can be shown or hidden). As before, files are ordered from most to least CPU time. The first file is open by default. An example screenshot is shown below. Clicking on a triangle toggles the display of each profile; users can also click on "show all" and "hide all".
