Add a base level for the Spanish translation of the app itself. It has minor corrections for some things in Spanish that I noticed, but some of the wording was too technical for me to know how to correct, so I will let the community fix it up over time.
I also changed the wording of one of the English pieces of text since it looked to be used when the Linter was running.
