As per issue title, the IDE integration fails to include .platformio/packages/toolchain-atmelavr/lib/gcc/avr/4.8.1/include-fixed

The following is included... .platformio/packages/toolchain-atmelavr/lib/gcc/avr/4.8.1/include

but the fixed stuff isn't ?!??
