Source operations toolkit was not locating dependency files when run. I haven't yet figured out why the toolkit cannot find those files, especially when a manually written SO for all files works fine.
I updated a manual version of
auto-updates, which would simultaneously update pip, pipenv, and poetry variations. We can include now or continue investigating #24
