Code cleanup & update #29

Changes that are desirable (IMHO):

Clean out the framework module and potentially get rid of it.
There are already multiple things in here, that are not used anymore (or at least shouldn't):
- Old crash reporting / logging
- Old directory browser
Update libs & android sdk
Move superuser to another repo and pull that in via gradle Repo here
Move playmusiclib to another repo and pull that in via gradle
Add JavaDoc
Add checkstyle and/or editorconfig and format the complete code like defined there

@mgillespie Any more ideas what we should generally improve?
