feat: added debugging functionality

I feel really bad about this, that we just mostly copy the code from jest-puppeteer there.

@mxschmitt yeah! That's not good. I thought about creating this repo. There wasn't any activity on jest-puppeteer issue about playwright, so I diced to do it by myself, cause I wanted to try playwright in my projects. I still think about the best way, but for now I suppose we can take some ideas from jest-puppeteer. Also it will be nice to hear any feedback from you. Thank you!
