feat(spreadsheet): spreadsheet related improvement

• fix The left and right margins are inconsistent when the column is reduced to its smallest size #299
• fix Does the zoom-in/zoom-out clickable area of the spreadsheet column need to be bigger? #324
• fix When pasting more content than the number of cells, some new cells should be created and the content filled in #303
• fix bugs when delete rows
