ConsistencyManager 5.1 and Cocoapods #74

Can you please do a new release for Cocoapods to update ConsistencyManager to the latest version? Version 5.1 has an important update, without it there is a crash in Swift 4.

Sorry for the delay. I've now become the maintainer of this repo and have updated to 5.0.0.
It includes updating the ConsistencyManager + updating for Swift 4.

Let me know if you have any problems.
