Undefined keys in russian.lbx

WIth 3.1 version of biblatex and the current MiKTeX installation the following MWE:

\documentclass {article}

\usepackage [T2A] {fontenc}
\usepackage [utf8] {inputenc}
\usepackage [russian] {babel}

\usepackage {csquotes}    % for biblatex
\usepackage {biblatex}

\begin {document}

content

\end {document}

brings the following errors:

Commenting the line:

% \usepackage [russian] {babel}

and removing the generated files eliminates the error.

This is fixed in the 3.2 dev version on sourceforge.
